At onlytwofeet.in, we realize that buying shoes online can be a challenge so we have a friendly exchange policy for you.
- Requests for exchanges need to be mailed at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Onlytwofeet does not offer refunds. You can exchange an item purchased on www.onlytwofeet.in with the same item or another one, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Once the exchange request has been approved, we will email you detailed instructions for the exchange.
- Subsequently, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 7 business days. Once the item arrives at our HQ, we’ll do a quality check.
- If the product passes our quality check, we will credit the amount to you by generating a coupon code. The coupon code will be valid for 3 months from the date of its issuance.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- We cannot handle repairs that are the result of normal wear and tear – please see our Shoe Care Guide for further help. However, if you believe that there is a manufacturing fault, please email us at email@example.com for assistance.
- Items purchased at stores selling onlytwofeet products cannot be returned to onlytwofeet.in
- Items on sale cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
- Internationally shipped products can not be exchanged.
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products however, as computer monitors may vary; we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
- Basic conditions under which an exchange will be entertained:
- No exchanges will be entertained beyond 3 days from date of delivery.
- Items should be returned new in their original onlytwofeet packaging. All tags and labels must be attached.
- We will only accept returns for items that have not been damaged, worn, or altered.
- All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.
- All items returned must be authorized via email from our team.
