Exchange Policy

The shoe does not fit?! Fret not; we are here to help you!

At onlytwofeet.in, we realize that buying shoes online can be a challenge so we have a friendly exchange policy for you.

Terms:

  1. Requests for exchanges need to be mailed at info@onlytwofeet.in
  2. Onlytwofeet does not offer refunds. You can exchange an item purchased on www.onlytwofeet.in with the same item or another one, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  3. Once the exchange request has been approved, we will email you detailed instructions for the exchange.
  4. Subsequently, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 7 business days. Once the item arrives at our HQ, we’ll do a quality check.
  5. If the product passes our quality check, we will credit the amount to you by generating a coupon code. The coupon code will be valid for 3 months from the date of its issuance.
  6. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  7. We cannot handle repairs that are the result of normal wear and tear – please see our Shoe Care Guide for further help. However, if you believe that there is a manufacturing fault, please email us at info@onlytwofeet.in for assistance.
  8. Items purchased at stores selling onlytwofeet products cannot be returned to onlytwofeet.in
  9. Items on sale cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
  10. Internationally shipped products can not be exchanged.
  11. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products however, as computer monitors may vary; we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
  12. Basic conditions under which an exchange will be entertained:
  • No exchanges will be entertained beyond 3 days from date of delivery.
  • Items should be returned new in their original onlytwofeet packaging. All tags and labels must be attached.
  • We will only accept returns for items that have not been damaged, worn, or altered.
  • All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.
  • All items returned must be authorized via email from our team.
